Hello,

I have a new grape plant...about 3 months old...whose leaves are dropping and have gone yellow. It appears the plant is dying. 

What can I do to revive it? It's been against a whitewashed wall with an eastern exposure and it's in a pot, not in the ground.  Should I move it under the shade, keep it damp and/or plant it? Perhaps it's overheating in the pot?
