hello, I have an aloe vera plant that had not sucked up its remaining water, it started to smell and the plant looked pretty bad. I took the plant out and seperated the 3 stems that seemed to be overcrowding the pot, into different pots. Now I have "tropical soil" in one pot and succulent soil in another, is one better than the other? Also my aunt told me that aloe likes to be together and it does not prosper apart, is that true? have I just ruined my aloe by seperating them?
