[Arid_gardener] Pruning Chilean Mesquite Tree

It may be a watering problem or trauma from removing too much wood at
one time. The first year or two, water it every 7-10 days. After it is
established it can be watered less frequently, possibly monthly, so that
the water penetrates down 2--3 feet to the root area.
