[Arid_gardener] Tomato Plants

I have gorgeous tomato plants planted in a raised bed with mulch.   
They're enormous, leafy, dark green, etc.  However, there are very  
few blossoms and even fewer actual tomatoes.  Any ideas to help with  
fruit production?
