I have a newly planted ficus nidia and some of the leaves have developed what I believe to be blotch.  What can I do for this?  Just in case its not blotch a quick description of the problem is the leave have a black spot right in the middle of the leaf.  And most of the leaves affected seem to be on the lower branches. I followed the nursery's guidelines for planting the tree to a T.
