[Arid_gardener] Question about using Diatomaceous Earth & Neem Oil products to control insects

Hi, can anyone tell me if using diatomaceous earth or Neem oil spray will
harm the many geckos and lizards in my garden?  I stopped using all chemical
pesticides about 1 year ago and and am trying to control ants (only the ones
invading my kitchen, the rest can stay in my garden), flies, and mosquitoes.
