I have a Carolina Jasmine climber on a trellis facing east which will get sunshine about 1/2 each day. It is getting top heavy with, the center section gettind more viney and with less leaves. Can I trim it--Like cutting the top half off, if so will it vine out again.  Thank You.....Gordon Bicket SCW.
