The parents of your eggplant seeds may have been cross-pollinated from 
eggplant varieties that naturally have stripes.  There are about 30 
different eggplant cultivars and many of them are striped.  If the fruit is 
otherwise healthy, I wouldn't worry about it.  If not, please repost with 
info as to whether all of the fruit exhibit the striped coloration, are the 
fruits or plants stunted and any other information about the plant or fruit 
that appears to be abnormal
