[Arid_gardener] Palm tree damage

I don't know what caused the erosion on this tree but if it was in my yard, 
Mike, I would immediately hire a proffessional tree company to remove it 
before it topples and smashes your roof, your neighbors car or soneones kid.

It may hang in there for another 100 years but I would be very, very, very 
nervious with troubled sleep if that thing was in my yard. Seriously!
