I have a summer grass, unknwn what type of grass it is, I purchased the sod from Lowe's 2 years ago & the grass has been strong while its hot & dries out when it cools. I would like winter grass, what type of grass seed should I purchase to overseed with and what do I need to do to ensure it's success?
