We have a desert apple tree in our front yard.  Something is killing it off one branch at a time.  We cut the branches off as they die so they won't infect the rest of the tree, but that doesn't seem to help.  We get irrigation in our neighborhood, so the tree gets good deep watering. Any suggestions?
