We planted one of the new Meyers Lemon Trees a year ago.  That 1st year we had wonderful lemons off it.  This year, the lemons are splitting before rippening.  The fruit inside appears perfect.  This is also happening to my neighbor's oranges from their tree that's over 5 years old.  What could be causing this and how do we correct/prevent it from happening.
