Not much of a gardener here.  However, I planted some potatoe vines over a year ago, and on Firday night they looked great.  Sunday at noon one looked dead...crunchy.  Husband checked the drip and it was ok.  Put lots of water on it, vines and leaves...It appears to be gone.  What could have killed it so fast?  Another vine close by...I do not want to lose it, too.
