[Arid_gardener] clarification to: correct soil mix for raised beds

Just in case you are all confused by my automatic email signiture on my 
previous post.  I work for the University of California Davis, but live in 
Chandler so my raised beds are in Chandler AZ!!!!  Somewhat important info 
to have clear when discussing soil needs as the native soils in both places 
are very diffrent.
