Last night's storm uprooted our beautiful ocotillo.  It's been in our yard for almost 30 years and was probably the talles ocotillo we've ever seen.  Our neighbor said that we could have it replanted.  Is that possible?  My husband and son think it may be diseased, but it does have plenty of green little leaves on it.
