[Arid_gardener] Transplanting bouganvillea trellises

We had our backyard relandscaped this past summer and had 2 bouganvillea trellises planted.  We have a plant in the middle that has overgrown its alloted space and we want to move the trellises.  What would be the best time of year-we are in Las Vegas?
