dineen a serpa 85248 drumhalf at earthlink.net my mom's 3 year old live oak(olivia) has wrinkly leaves on the new growth. it seems to be less affected by the frost we had than other plants except for this leaf thing. is it a deficiency or bugs or fungus or what? please help
