[Arid_gardener] Question from Home-Hort WWW page

I have the same problem as Anna Rosa (Apr. 1; large patches of mexican  
primroses being enjoyed (and quite damaged) by some little, about 1/4 of an  inch, 
blackish worms that eat the leaves and attack the flowers buds).  I  never 
read an answer - is there one?!?
