85207 gberry50 at cybertrails.com I have a Mexican Palo Verde with small white foam balls on the tips of the branches in these balls are small (1/16") bugs with a dark stripe running from side to side just behind their head are these detrimental insects that need to be destroyed or should I ignore them?
