I have 5 ficus trees that were hit hard by the cold weather this winter.  All the leaves are brown.  Two appear to be coming back and have some green leaves growing. Tthe others have black spots on the branches and red/rust colored spots on the branches.  Is this a fungus?  What can I do to save them? Is it too late?  I have some pictures I could send if that helps.  Thanks!!!
