[Arid_gardener] need fast growing oleander

just found posting with exactly the same question I have--recommendation for 
fastest growing oleander to 10 feet suitable for high desert California (I 
live in town next to correspondent's Yucca Valley).  Also need to know how many 
feet per year I can expect and care needed to maximize growth.
