[Arid_gardener] need fast growing oleander

Oleander are all fast-growing. Just get a standard
white or red for biggest adult plant (not the dwarf
varieties or other colors).

Be aware that California oleanders are dying due
to oleander leaf scorch. If it is present in your area,
you may want to grow a different plant.
