[Arid_gardener] Pruning acacia trees

It's usually best for young trees to leave the growth on the trunk for a few
years. It promotes growth and improves the strength of the tree. I
believe it would be okay to prune this winter but I would begin with the
lower branches and remove the unwanted branches over a few seasons.
