I understand that a blighting bateria is beginning to make it's way through AZ attacking and killing oleanders.  Can my oleander survive if it gets infected?  Shall I wait and see whether or not it will get the baterial infection?  Or should I just dig it out and start something new and thereby saving myself time and grief watching my oleander's demise?
