Hi,

I wanted to know if there is a general checklist for winterizing plants here in Phoenix area.  After last year, I want to try to get my community's landscape company to stop chopping the plants before the frost.  I was planning on sending out a flyer with helpful tips for homeowners as well as what they will see in the common areas as during the winter months.  I have some ideas, but I wanted to see if there was a good checklist that had some "authority" other than myself.
