I have a question in regards to my lawn. For that several years I have had the same problem. The exact same area of my lawn seems never to grow and looks dead. The rest seems to stay green. When I dig into the soil it is moist/wet after watering just like the other parts of my lawn.  I have 2 pictures of what I am talking about here.
