    I've used both upright and trailing Rosemary for cooking and they both
work well with poultry.

    Speaking of which, the leaves of Canaigre, a native plant that looks
like Rhubarb, can be used when stir-frying chicken.  They have a nice tangy
lemon-like flavour which blends well with garlic and ginger.
