Help!! My pondrosa pines have sap running out of small holes in the bark and have lots of brown branches esp at the bottom of the trunk.  One of the 14 trees is dead.  I just bought the home in Oct and the sprinkler system had a leak and the dead tree was in a puddle for at least 2 months.  I hate to have them all die! What can I do?
