Genetic dwarfs are pretty hard to find here but are more commonly available 
in CA.  Try to have a nursery order one for you.

Semi dwarfs are often available here in January and February.  They grow to 
abut 75 % of the standard size.  Be sure it is one of the low chill 
varieties recommended in the pub at
