You are probably in USDA Zone 8b.  Googling  with "usda zone finder" brings 
up a number of sites where you enter your zip code and return your zone. 
There are also AHS heat zones, Sunset Book climate zones, and Arizona plant 
zones based on elevation.  I find the Sunset Book zones to be the most 
useful.
