[Arid_gardener] dying rosemary

Alot of rosemary plants here in sedona are dying.From newly planted 
healthy looking plants to well establisted plants.These plants are 
watered and cared for.In a large bed or long row of plants,all receiving 
the same care,the dying seems to be random.The plants seems to turn a 
dull gray,drys up,and all the needles drop off.On some plants this 
happens very quickly,say a week or two.Prior to dying,the plant looks 
and seems to be very healthy.Have checked for sider mites,but none were 
found.Would it be a virus or blight?This is happening over a large area 
and has been increasing in intensity over the past several years.Any 
help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.   Frank W. Houck
