I have an old metal wheel barrel that I have decided to turn into a container for growing Sequoia Strawberries this year.  The wheel barrel container is 2' 10 1/2" Long, 2' 1 1/2" Wide and 8" - 10" Deep.  I have four plants I bought from Lowe's.  For good drainage I know I will have to drill some holes in the wheel barrel.  However, will this be a good container for growing strawberries?
