[Arid_gardener] navel orange citrus, stunted

Could you send me a digitral photo of the fuzzy
green growth?

Stunting is usually caused by lack of water; inconsistent water;
or damage to the roots -- the fuzzy grwoth doesn't sound like
anything familiar; a picture might help. Thanks.
