[Arid_gardener] Question from Home-Hort WWW page

Several people who live in Arizona and New Mexico have suggested planting "Texas Climber" plants for our backyard walls because we have tried, Yellow Jasmine, and Bouganbalia and both have been very disappointing.  This Texas Climber is supposed to be heat and cold tolerant, but we can't find a reference to it on the internet or at a gardening store.  Does it go by another name?  Thanks
