In addition to the other posts, I might add the caveat that a tree with 
multiple grafts usually needs to be pruned frequently to maintain a balance 
else one of the more vigorous grafts like a Lisbon lemon  can take over the 
tree at the expense of less agressive ones like tangerines.  But it is still 
a good way to go if there is space for only one tree.

Another option that is sometimes recomended is to plant the dfferent trees 
in the same hole.  I would think this would result in crowding but have 
never seen this done.
