I have an 11 year old white fig tree which gives us a dozen or two good figs each year.
My neighbor next door has a black/purple  fig tree the same age. He has so many figs each year that he has to give them away.
 
My gusetion: is it possible to graft a branch or two of his tree onto my fig tree, and how to go about it.    thank you
