Help! I have volunteered to develop a plan to bring back beauty to a barren "island" in a man-made waterway located in my development. The island looks to be made of cement covered in dirt and has limited irrigation. I am looking for ideas for low maintainence plants as well as places to get some rocks or stones for decorative purposes.
ANY ideas will be much appreciated as I am a recent "transplant" putting down "roots" of my own! Thanks!
