[Arid_gardener] Yellow citrus leaves

Hello Paul,
If the leaves on the south and/or west side of 
your citrus tree have the most yellow leaves and 
the north and east sides of the tree are still 
pretty much green, then your leaves are being 
scorched by the sun during this hot time. You 
might consider shading the tree from the hot 
afternoon sun. Even large mature citrus trees can 
suffer  from the heat and yellow during this time 
of year. If you do shade your tree, don't expect 
to see any kind of quick change in the leaf 
color. It will take some time, Or if the leaves 
are too damaged, the won't green back up at all. 
However any new growth that is shaded will most likely stay green.
