Steve, I believe almost any Master Gardener Volunteer could help you on this 
but if the data is critical for any reason, try to get a "committee" to 
inspect your facility and make and agree on any actions.  You might even be 
able to get a non-profit garden club to adopt your facility as a project. 
You might start with a visit to the Maricopa  County Cooperative Extension 
at 4341 East Broadway, 602-470-8086 with an outline of your proposal.
