[Arid_gardener] When to begin Fertilizing a Citrus Tree Hurt by the Frost

My lemon tree was hurt in our January frost & I'm not sure when to begin
fertilizing the tree.
Normally I would have applied one application of ammonium sulfate by now
{mid-late Feb.} but until this past week I had not seen any new growth on
the tree.
All of the fruit is off {I was able to use some of it, but not much juice
was produced}.
I can count the number of leaves that remain on the tree!
I can also tell which branches I need to prune & will do this shortly.

The tree has been in the ground for 7-10 years; normally I apply several
applications of the fertilize spread out from now into late June.
