[Arid_gardener] dicondra grass

I live in Managua, Nicaragua. Have a small patio covered with Dichondra, but recentely it started showing samll dry patches which I removed and replaced with a healthy new Dichondra. I have checked the roots looking for some dideases or insects but I have not found any. What can I do?  Do you have idea what it could be? What product cueld be applied to?
