I was interested in planting an aleppo pine for my back yard. I went to a local nursery and found in the back of the property what I thought was a 6 foot aleppo pine in a 24 inch box from pinery farms in California. I planted it and after researching its blue green colored needles in threes decided it must be a Montery Pine(Pinus radiata). Is there any chance this species will survive here? Any tips?
