Hi, I am working on a first-year garden in Buckeye valley. I am near the river bed and surrounded by scrub and washes. I fenced the garden with rabbit guard but something has been grazing on it. I thought it was birds, as we don't have ground squirrels yet. I put screens over everything, which helped last year with my new corn, but three nights ago the beets were eaten under the screen. Two nights ago the turnips and pak choy were eaten, and last night something chewed a hole in the netting around the best tomato plant and ate it to the ground. I have walked around the perimeter and can find no signs that rabbits have gotten through. My neighbor said that about 2 weeks ago something ate one of his tomato plants. What is going on?
