[Arid_gardener] fertilizer rec

I just had a landscaper recommend an organic fertilizer called "compost
tea"... He said it is good for any plant/tree (including citrus) and
that it is much better than any other because granular fertilizers have
salt and cause more problems with the soil than they help.  Has anyone
had experience with this?  It is, of course, quite expensive... Thanks
