I have a large red fairy duster that took a lot of frostbite damage this past winter.  All of the branches and leaves are brown with a lot of small green shoots coming up from the base of the plant.  Should I prune all of the brown branches?  This will make a what was a 4 foot high fairy duster into a 6" high plant.  Thanks in advance
