Richard 85248 andelfinger at cox.net We have a small (450 sq.ft.) lawn area currently with Santa Ana grass which doesn't tolerate our dog very well. What grass would you recommend to replace it, and what is the best method to kill the old grass and replace or overseed it with the new? Thanks!
