I have a beatiful mature Palo Brea tree planted around my Patio that was planted last year. It's entire canope is turning brown.  My landscaper tells me it is turning brown due to the freeze this winter and will come back but it sure doesn't look like it to me! Could it possibly be a lack of water?  Is it common for these trees to turn a light Brown down the trunk?  It is on drip irrigation.  Any advice would be appreciated.
