[Arid_gardener] Citrus Fertilizer

Some weeks back Dick Gross recommended a 26-0-0 fertilizer for citrus trees applied 3 times a year.

Where can I find that mix fertilizer?  I have tried all the hardware stores and home doit yourself centers plus numerous nursery outlets and have been unable to find that mix.

Any help is appreciated.
