Toni 85242 dbrown007 at cox.net I have a 3 year old ocotillo plant. On the plant there are three stems where the soft tissue has split open exposing the inner cane. Leaves are begining to show on these stems and the tops are developing flowers. Should I cut these stems off or should I treat the plant with something?
