7-Tips soaked in alcohol works for small plants but it gets pretty tedious
on large plants. Alcohol soaked cotton swaps or gauze pads might work on
large plants - haven't actually tried that but seems like it should work.
Repeat weekly until all of the mealys are gone. Outdoors you can usually
get them with the same treatments as used for whiteflies.
